Lost some runescape items from my invy

When i started up rs 3 gold, i noticed that the majority of my stuff is missing from my inventory, although everything in my bank is still there.. i had some pretty expensive stuff that took a long time to get, what happened?

I had a similar problem but not at start up. It was while playing.. I combined 1000 sacred metal frags to the icyenic orb and both disappeared!!!!!! Spent all week collecting those frags to have the weapon disappear once created.
